Description
The premium exterior and interior quality emulsion paint is a water-based product containing high level of prime pigments and quality grade polymer. The level of in=can and dry film preservative used during manufacture ensures adequate protection against bacterial attack.
application
Apply by brush or roller. May be diluted with clean water up to 10% (White wash is not recommended). Apply 2 coats of premium quality Spac Lustre

Surface preparation
Surface to be painted should be clean and free from water, grease, dirt and loose particles. All old paints must be removed.
drying
Surface dry: 40 minutes
Hard dry: 6 hours
New Plaster
Allow between 4 – 6 weeks before painting surface.
Preparation Of Plastered Walls And Porous Surface For Painting
powdery / dirty / chalky surfaces
All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned down by removing loose flakes, powder and defective materials like grease and dirts. It is important to ensure the surface are thoroughly dried out and the surface made firm. Apply approved filler (Spac Screeding) as a masonry sealer and be allowed to dry before painting surfaces with final coatings.
leakages / cracks / damp / structural defects
All defects must be rectified and made good by necessary redesign and civil work. Use of suitable hard plaster, sand/cement mix and approved fillers (Spac Direct Screeding) as appropriate are recommended. All leaking pipes, walls and exposed surfaces should be subjected to necessary redesign and civil works. All nibs should be removed and all surface be allowed to dry out before application of paint.
infected surface due to efflorescence / fungi / algae / mold
Surfaces that are infected by the above should be cleaned by removing the defects and brushing vigorously until all defects are removed. The surfaces should then be washed with bleach or other suitable biocidals and allowed to dry. Apply Spac Direct Screeding before painting.
